3. Currency and Authorization

All prices listed on our website are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars), unless your local currency is specifically selected or automatically applied through our geolocation currency converter.

  • Authorization: Upon placing an order, your card will be authorized and charged immediately. This secures your inventory and allows us to process your shipment rapidly.

  • Failed Transactions: If your payment is declined, please check your billing address, card number, and CVV for accuracy. In many cases, contacting your bank to pre-authorize the transaction will resolve the issue.

4. Fraud Prevention

Due to the high-value nature of Trading Card Game assets, all orders are subject to strict anti-fraud screening.

  • If our system flags an order as high-risk, we may pause the fulfillment process.

  • We reserve the right to request additional verification (such as a photo ID matching the billing address) before shipping your order.

  • If verification is not provided within 48 hours, or if we deem the transaction to be fraudulent, the order will be canceled and refunded immediately.

5. Pre-order Payments

For all pre-order items, payment is captured immediately at checkout. This guarantees that your allocation is secured with our distributors. If you purchase in-stock items alongside pre-order items in the same transaction, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item officially releases.

6. Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added during checkout based on your shipping address. For international customers, please note that you are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your local government upon the arrival of the package. We do not alter customs declarations or declare items as "gifts."
